An exciting opportunity for an Assistant Estimator looking for that promotion to join a Regional Main Contractor in the Leicestershire area. As a major UK contractor my client has a diversified workload across different sectors such as Industrial, Commercial, Retail & more. Boasting a strong reputation for providing whole-life solutions, high standards of project delivery, and an ability to innovate.
My client enjoys a c£85 million turnover with their projects ranging from £5 Mil - £15 Mil covering a range of sectors including Industrial, Logistics, Commercial, Retail & more.
About The Role:
As an Estimator you will play an integral role in tendering work in the Midlands/Greater Midlands Region.
As an Estimator, you will be assisting on a range of schemes including Industrial, Commercial, Logistics and more and you will be reporting and working closely with the Senior Estimator.
About You:
• Minimum 1 year experience as an Assistant Estimator.
• Experience in the Industrial sector.
• Ability to manage a varied and hectic workload.
• Degree or HNC/HND educated (desirable but not essential).
• Competent with Microsoft Excel with a good knowledge in Outlook & Word.
• Good working knowledge of JCT contracts & current building regulations
• Live in a commutable distance to Leicestershire
