Location: Maidstone

Are you an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator looking for a new role?
Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team on a full-time and permanent basis.
As a Procurement Specialist, you will be expected to -
Process and track orders, ensuring timely delivery to meet customer demands.
Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and minimise overstock and shortages.
Liaise with suppliers to manage lead times, negotiate terms, and resolve any supply issues.
Coordinate transportation and distribution of goods, ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery.
Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and cost-saving opportunities.
Work with sales and production teams to forecast demand and align supply chain activities with business needs.
Ensure all supply chain activities comply with regulations and maintain accurate records and documentation.
Address and resolve supply chain issues such as delays, damages, or quality concerns.
Maintain clear communication with internal teams, suppliers, and customers regarding order status, inventory levels, and any potential disruptions.
