The Recruitment Co are recruiting for an Internal Sales Administrator to join our client in Warrington on a permanent basis.

Salary:

£27,000 per annum

The Role:
As an internal sales executive you will be responsible for managing customers relationships by phone and email.

Duties:

Processing of sales orders
Responding to customer with product enquiries
Processing returns
Liaising with the warehouse team
Outbound calls to customers to check products received
Upsell of products
Experience / Skills:

Excellent communication both verbally and written
Team player
Knowledge of CRM system
