Electrical Test Engineer
Location: Stratford
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
Benefits: 23 days holiday + bank holidays, employer pension contribution, and an early finish on Friday.
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM and Friday: 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM
About the Role:
We are looking for an Electrical Test Engineer to join a company based in Stratford Upon Avon who is dedicated to creating life-changing products, and your role will be key in ensuring our products meet high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform tests on our devices to verify their quality.
* Identify and fix any issues with the products.
* Keep accurate records of test results and other important details.
* Report on quality trends and help improve them.
* Separate any faulty parts for further inspection.
* Suggest ways to improve productivity and quality.
* Help with various company projects, including stock checks.
* Assist in assembling devices when needed.
* Help prepare products for shipping.
* Train new team members on department processes.
* Support company procedures and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
* Experience in assembly line work within a regulated industry.
* Strong attention to detail, especially with electronic devices.
* Good IT skills.
