Office Angels are working with a fabulous organisation in Basingstoke, A global market leader for the latest advancements in medical technology are seeking a Supply Chain Team Lead on a permanent basis. Your will spearhead the supply chain and procurement department in the UK head office.

Salary: £35,000 to £38,000

Hours: Monday to Friday - Flexible working available

Benefits: A WHOPPING 25 days Annual Leave allowance per year plus ALL bank/public holidays off, Company pension after 3 months, Private medical insurance which includes dental treatment after 6 months, free parking and much more

The main day to day responsibilities:

Lead and manage the supply chain department
Oversee the entire sales order process
Identify opportunities to streamline and improve sales and procurement order processes.
Implement process changes to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and improve customer satisfaction.
Utilise data analytics to measure process performance and identify areas for improvement
Oversee the implementation and utilisation of order management and procurement systems
Collaborate with sales, procurement, supply chain, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order execution. This amazing company will look to recruit candidates with the following;

Proven leadership and team management skills.
Commercial awareness
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in order management and procurement systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
Computer literacy (e.g. Microsoft applications) * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
