We are on the look out for a Financial Services Administrator to join a successful wealth management business based in Warrington.

Description
As Financial Services Administrator, you will be part of an established administration team supporting a large number of advisers. Day to day, you will be responsible for:
Manage client documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
Coordinating client meetings and arranging for advisers
Assist in processing new business
Obtaining illustrations and valuations
Assisting with administration for pension switches, transfers and any other duties requested by the adviser
Communicating with clients to help deal with any queries they might haveProfile
The successful candidate for the Financial Services Administrator will:
Have some experience working in an administration role ideally within financial services, or be a graduate or administrator looking to break into financial services
Have strong attention to detail
Possess strong organisational skills
Be customer-oriented and look to provide an excellent level of customer service
Be able to communicate well and build good relationships
Have a desire to learn and develop a career in financial servicesJob Offer
