Managing Quantity Surveyor
Fawkes and Reece are currently looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join our clients team based in Nottingham. They are a Leading Tier 1 Contractor who work on projects for both public and private sector clients on schemes up to £200m in value across a variety of sectors including but not limited to, commercial, mixed-use, education, healthcare, leisure, industrial and student accommodation.
About the Managing Quantity Surveyor role
Due to securing an exciting pipeline of projects including several frameworks my client is now looking to expand their team with the addition of a Managing Quantity Surveyor. The ideal candidate will have worked either Education or Healthcare projects previously.
This role would suit a Senior Quantity Surveyor who has experience leading teams who is looking for the next step in their career or a Managing Quantity Surveyor who is seeking a new challenge.

Requirements for Managing Quantity Surveyor role
Experience working for a Tier 1 or leading main contractor
Strong negotiating skills
Ideally have worked on Healthcare (P21/22) or Education projects
Experience overseeing more junior member of the team
Degree in Quantity Surveying is preferred but not essential
UK Driving License.
What we offer for the Senior Quantity Surveyor role
Salary: £80,000- £90,000 DOE - will pay more for exceptional candidates
Benefits: Car allowance, pension, health and life insurance and bonus
