Part-Time
We are looking for a Part-Time Payroll Administrator to manage payroll services for weekly and monthly payrolls.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the pay roll activities for around 500 employees, you will be responsibile for the following:
• Process monthly payroll, including creating payment files
• Prepare and manage payroll spreadsheets
• Liaise with clients regarding payroll and time sheets
• Calculating wages, salaries, overtime, and deductions, and processing payroll
• Handle Pension auto enrolements
• Preparing and submitting payroll taxes and pension contributions
• Reconciling payroll accounts on a monthly basis and preparing internal reports
• Using accounting software to manage payroll efficiently
• Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Payroll Administrator
• Technical proficiency in payroll administration
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
