About the Role:
This is a full-time, office-based position, Monday to Friday, located in Liverpool City Centre. The successful candidate will be the face of the firm, managing the reception area while providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and friendliness
Manage the reception area, keeping it tidy and stocked with materials
Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate team members
Organise and schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and arrange refreshments
Oversee office supplies and ensure equipment is maintained and fully operational
Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
Assist with the onboarding of new employees, ensuring workspaces are ready and providing support
Provide general administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth running of the office
What our client needs:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience in Administration & Reception and supporting key stakeholders
Immaculately presented and professional demeanor
Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to handle a varied workload and interact confidently with individuals at all levelsIn return:
Competitive salary between £25,000 - £29,000, depending on experience
30 days annual leave, including bank holidays
