Lynx Recruitment are partnered with a Northampton based client to help them find a permanent Level 3 Support Technician.

This person will ideally have a background installing and/or supporting Cognex or similar equipment (SICK, Schneider, Keyence).

Responsibilities:

- Providing remote (and occasionally on-site) support for engineers installing equipment on site

- Providing technical expertise on Cognex/SICK/Keyence or similar scanning equipment

- Troubleshoot installations and configurations remotely
