The Lead Consultant is responsible for the following activities:

Scope Management des Controlling Streams
Activity planning for the controlling stream
Preparation, implementation and documentation of results of meetings and workshops
Planning and control of tasks in the controlling stream/ensuring structured and methodical project work in the controlling stream
Consulting and know-how transfer to Greiner colleagues on process changes and functionalities relevant to S/4HANA
Defining the future controlling target processes (target image) together with Greiner
Support in the preparation of business process documentation
Guidance and support of the responsible project team in the definition and implementation of process solutions in controlling
Support with customizing and process implementation based on the agreed workload distribution
Support with tests
Go-live and hypercare support support
