facing the veterinary profession today. We are looking for a few select visionary veterinarians who would like
to help make Animal ONE® the most desired veterinary employer and provider in the United States.
Animal ONE® will be opening the doors to its first small animal veterinary hospital in Northern California in
early 2024 and is looking for a select group of veterinarians. We have designed a beautiful modern facility,
purchased top-of-the-line equipment, and gone the extra mile in creating a practice group and hospital that
will help veterinarians provide the best possible medical care to their patients, build wealth, and enjoy where
they work.
At Animal ONE, we have created a work environment that:
Rewards idea sharing, quality of work, pet parent satisfaction, and teamwork.
Has a high VA/RVT to veterinarian ratio and fully utilizes RVT skills and abilities and the ability to work in designated teams to provide optimum support to veterinarians.
Provides a beautiful high-design hospital setting equipped with just the right number of exam rooms, workstations, and treatment area workspaces; a surgical suite; a designated dental area; an imaging room; a break room, staff restroom, outdoor relaxation area … and much more!
Creates a learning environment in which staff continuing education and experience and medical advances can be used to implement improvements.
Uses technology to streamline veterinarian administrative work, keep pet parents informed of progress, allow for assignment of tasks and continuity of care for chronic cases, and allow veterinarians to spend more time with patients and less time working on days off at home.
Requirements
What would make you a great fit:
A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
A license to practice veterinary medicine in the State of California.
A Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) license for the State of California (or willingness to obtain one).
At least five years of experience as a veterinarian.
Ability to perform surgeries, anticipate and respond to visual and auditory needs of patients, and lift/carry at least 40 lbs.
An eye for how things can be better, a solution-oriented mindset, and collaborative nature.
