Office based but opportunity to work from home one day a week

If so, they have an exciting opportunity for you as a Product Transfer Specialist within their new Case Management team. You will be joining a team of 4 who pride themselves on outstanding customer service. The team is collaborative, helpful, and works together for the success of the whole group. Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the first point of contact for product transfer and mortgage application queries.

* Provide timely and accurate responses to telephone and email enquiries.

* Collaborate with internal departments and mortgage brokers to ensure applications progress smoothly.

* Manage your own caseload, keeping internal systems updated and following up on any outstanding documentation.

* Proactively reach out to existing customers, providing reminders when products are coming to an end.

* Arrange valuations and liaise with valuers to ensure timely completion of cases.

* Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, delivering excellent customer service.

* Review and action final checks prior to completing applications.

Skills & Competencies:

* Adaptability & Flexibility: Comfortable with shifting priorities and able to support the team through change.

* Teamwork: Works well with colleagues, sharing ideas and experiences to contribute to team success.

* Process Knowledge: A thorough understanding of processes, with a proactive approach to suggesting improvements.

* Communication: Clear, professional communication both spoken and written, ensuring information is easy to understand.
