Vehicle Inspector
Location: Corby
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 42.5 hours per week
Pay Rate: £28,198.93 per annum
Employment Type: Ongoing work
Igloo is looking for Vehicle Inspectors to join our client’s team in Corby! This role presents an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to join one of the UK's leading automotive companies, which has operations across the country.
The Role:
You will involve, but not limited to:
* Inspect a range of vehicles as they arrive at the site for damage, such as, Scratches, Dents, Scuffs and record the damage on a computer system.
* You will need to have a good understanding of bodyshop repair methods.
* You will also be inspecting the vehicles once the repair work has been complete.
* You will be managing paperwork for repairs.
* Knowledge of the body shop processes is needed.
* Be able to complete checks thoroughly and accurately to a high standard.
What kind of person we are looking for?
* Experience within a similar role is required for this role.
* Must be able to demonstrate a good knowledge and understanding of bodyshop repair methods.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ideal candidate will have an extremely good eye for detail.
* High initiative and positive attitude
