· Lead a dynamic team of 6 project managers, offering guidance, support, and mentorship to inspire high performance.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define clear project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
· Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
· Conduct engaging project status meetings and keep stakeholders informed with regular updates.
· Ensure adherence to project management standards, policies, and procedures.
· Proactively monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
· Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement by pinpointing and acting on opportunities for process enhancements.
Requirements:
· 5+ years of experience managing complex fixture and casework millwork projects.
· Proven ability to confidently tackle complex challenges.
· Passion for leading continuous improvement initiatives.
· Demonstrated leadership skills that drive team success.
· Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities.
· Proficiency with project management software.
· Bachelor's degree in construction management, business management, engineering, or a related field.
