Escape Recruitment has a new opportunity available to join a leading FM provider based in Edinburgh who is recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their busy mobile team.Your role will be mobile, covering various sites within the Edinburgh area.Carrying out all Electrical PPM and reactive maintenance across the contracts.

Main duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Carrying out all PPM and reactive maintenance within commercial premises- ensuring all works are carried out within agreed SLA's.
Carrying out repairs and attending breakdowns within commercial premises- which will include providing a call-out response to be carried out within agreed SLA's.
Diagnose faults and rectify these issues where possible.
Ensure that all contractors are monitored on behalf of the client and that work is carried out correctly.
Working in a client/customer-facing environment, ensuring you remain professional at all times.
Take a proactive approach to working in partnership with the client to ensure all concerns are dealt with promptly.
Ensure all paperwork is kept up to date and submitted weekly.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

City & Guilds/ SVQ Level 3 Certificate in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
City & Guilds BS7671 18th Edition.
Experience of carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance.
You will ideally have existing experience within a busy, FM environment.
Full driving UK licence (6 points maximum).
Happy to complete Disclosure Scotland.

Up to £40,000.
