Provide test engineering for Circuit Board Manufacturing and Testing facility.
Manages all aspects of small projects with regular review of senior staff
Perform analysis and troubleshooting of product when not functioning to specifications
Develop testing procedures
Perform test equipment and fixture design responsibilities
Perform maintenance resolution on testing procedures and test equipment
Analyze customer requirements and develop testing pr
Responsible for the proper handling and management of hazardous waste generated in their work area.
Perform other assignments associated with testing and the test department as required
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Proficient in technical writing, and good documentation skills; attention to detail is critical
BSEE
4 years of EE experience
10 years Experience with Test Fixture Building
Highly Preferred Prior experience with an ISO environment
Understanding of DOE, 6-Sigma, Lean Manufacturing
Knowledge of Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) thermal, vibration, and humidity
Required
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings including specifications and schematicsMeet all the KSAs of Associate Test Engineers
Basic knowledge of engineering concepts, physics, and chemistry principles
Knowledge of basic manufacturing test processes
Troubleshooting analysis and problem-solving ability
