Asbestos Surveyor - Greater London
Salary: £34,000 - £38,000 + 21 Days Holiday (Plus an Additional Day for Each Year of Service)

Key Requirements:

BOHS P402 Certification is mandatory, alongside at least 6 months of field experience.
Full UK driving license is essential.
Strong communication skills and a thorough understanding of HSG264 guidelines.
Flexibility for commuting and occasional out-of-hours work.Role Responsibilities:

Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys across domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Prepare and submit detailed reports for clients.
Ensure all activities comply with UKAS standards and HSG:264 regulations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing technical support and addressing any queries.Easily commutable from:
