As Financial Planner & Director you will mentor and support your Financial Planner colleagues and manage your own portfolio of clients

You will effectively lead a team of advisers to achieve their personal and team targets

The Financial Planner & Director will be responsible for leading a team that delivers comprehensive financial planning and wealth management advice

You will also be given some clients that you can then develop and complement with your own clients/connections

The Financial Planner & Director will be responsible for ensuring the building and development of trusted relationships with new and existing clients

Full paraplanning support will be given to help you and your team to provide an excellent service and spend time with your clients

To be considered for this outstanding Financial Planner & Director opportunity you will need the following skills and experience:

Chartered Financial Planner or Diploma/Dip PFS and progressing towards Chartered

You will be a senior Financial Planner or manager who can come in at a senior level and also lead/manage a small team of advisers

Expertise in dealing with high net worth clients

Knowledge and experience in pensions, investments, protection, taxation planning & trusts

You will be well connected (clients/introducers) and yoy will have strong business development and mentoring skills
