Responsibilities:

The Administrative Coordinator will assist with a range of tasks across multiple functions. This role requires a proactive and flexible individual who can manage multiple responsibilities and contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the team. We are seeking someone interested in Human Resources, Administration, and Marketing Communications. Duties and responsibilities include:

Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.

Help manage office supplies and coordinate with external vendors.

Support recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.

Help with employee onboarding and maintain accurate employee records.

Assist with HR administrative tasks and employee inquiries.

Contribute to organizing training sessions and company events.

Assist with marketing communications as needed.

Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Maintain compliance with Quality System procedures and company policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent experience

0-2+ years experience in Admin, HR, Marketing or related field

Excellent people and communication skills

Superb attention to detail with efficient and precise worth ethic

Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)

Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices

Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service

Physical Requirements:

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.

Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards

Must be able to safely move up to 25 lbs

The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

Must be able to remain in a stationary position for 50% of the time.

Must be able to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer).

Compensation:

We pay competitively. Base hourly rate range is $21.00 - $28.00. Other paid compensation and benefits may be available.
