Overview of Responsibilities:
Collaborate with operational leaders to identify training needs and develop
customized programs and resources that align with organizational goals and
maintain a high level of quality and consistency.
Engage with key stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and refine
training programs to meet evolving needs.
Participate in strategic initiatives that support training workflow quality and overall
results.
Oversee the coordination and implementation of training initiatives and upgrades for
multiple applications, including application integration.
Lead and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely
delivery and adherence to organizational requirements while maximizing platform
functionality.
Cultivate a positive, collaborative, and engaging team environment, fostering
professional growth and development among the training team.
Facilitate adoption of changes with positive reinforcement and support.
Assist in the coordination of application testing plans, including the preparation of
test information necessary to assure expected results as defined by the
specifications.
Coordinate optimal allocation and utilization of training resources.
Prepare project plans, including time estimation, scheduling, and resource
requirements, and implement new applications or enhancements.
Analyze monthly evaluations of training effectiveness, producing detailed information
and feedback for continuous improvement to trainers.
Ensure all training programs comply with organizational standards, maintaining a
high level of quality and consistency.
Develop strong relationships and work in conjunction with end users, vendors,
operational leaders, Reid leadership, and IT teams for upgrades and ongoing
support of applications.
Coordinate with Epic and other vendor support and internal stakeholders to ensure
training programs align with organizational goals and vendor standards.
Work in collaboration with the IT Leadership team to complete special projects or
requests from the Executive Team and the Director of Clinical Informatics.
Education/Experience:
Minimum education required: Bachelor’s Degree or higher. Combination of relevant
education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Minimum education preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in a relating to training, education,
clinical or technical studies.
Minimum experience required: Five or more years in a healthcare environment, with
substantial experience managing, leading, and mentoring employees.
Minimum experience preferred: Extensive background in healthcare, particularly in
the development and execution of projects and training programs for clinical and
non-clinical applications.
Schedule Details:
Day Shift. Salary, Monday-Friday with varying hours. No holidays, weekends on project implementation and training needs.
