Overview:
The Tenant Services Coordinator reports to the General Manager and will assist with the implementation of special events, merchant meetings and tenant engagement for the Amenity Center. Additionally, special event coordinating responsibilities include but not limited to the ability to locate and schedule local
income-generating opportunities, negotiate agreements to achieve the financial objectives of the asset, refer prospective tenants for approval, and coordinate with Leasing and Ownership.
Responsibilities:
Support an annual marketing plan and budget to effectively market the amenity center to tenants and consumers.
Assist in the preparation, coordination, collection, production, supervision and follow-up of promotions and events.
Maintain website, Social Media communications directives, and collateral material.
Support administrative elements and approvals of sponsorship/event deals including contracting, deal entry, proof of performance, payment collection, contract renewal, revenue forecasting and reporting.
Assist with the promotion and implementation of platform programs in a professional and timely manner and measuring of results.
Provide superior customer service to retailers, customer and any potential sponsorship partners.
Monitor, track and provide all support for increasing customer email database.
Support promotional concepts and marketing programs that drive traffic to amenity center.
Serve as point person for all marketing/traffic driving event activations.
Encourage and proactively lead team communication and idea exchanges.
Work special events which may be held afterhours.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, real estate, marketing
Candidate will possess a minimum of five years related experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator and Photoshop
Ability to express ideas clearly in written and verbal communications
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
Strong interpersonal skills. Must be diplomatic with tenants, vendors and customers and be able to cope with difficult situations.
Professional manner and appearance with positive attitude and strong initiative.
Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
