Become a Manager of Financial Operations with Agape Care Group

We are looking for a Manager of Financial Operations to partner with Operations and Sales Leaders to drive improved business performance to meet budgeted financial goals. This role will perform data analysis and monitor trends while developing enhanced reporting tools and dashboards. The Manager of Financial Operations will also perform month-end variance analysis and assist with the preparation and distribution of monthly and quarterly financial reporting. The role will also be responsible for developing annual budgets and forecasts as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:   

This role is Remote but must live within 4hrs of Spartanburg, SC and travel to Spartanburg, SC Corporate office at least quarterly.

EDUCATION: Associate Degree preferred.

LICENSURE: Not Applicable

EXPERIENCE: Five (5) years experience in financial operations oversight preferred. Two (2) years management with financial analysis in Hospice or Home Health required. *HomeCare HomeBase software experience preferred. 

SKILLS: Requires interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with staff. Knowledge of medical terminology required, Medicare and Medicaid guidelines preferred. Able to demonstrate problem-solving skills, organizational skills and attention to detail. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. Computer skills in data entry, word processing, and spreadsheet skills.

TRANSPORTATION: Reliable Transportation

HEALTH STATUS: Meets all applicable agency policies and procedures related to health screening and required testing.
