What you’ll do
With an assigned caseload of patients, you’ll provide physical therapy treatments to patients in their homes throughout several counties under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. That includes implementing care plans, providing treatment and working closely with patients and families. You’ll also maintain accurate patient records through use of mobile devices.
What it takes
Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant Technology from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) or equivalent accredited program required
Current unencumbered license for the state of Ohio to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant (LPTA) required
One year experience as a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant in a hospital, long-term care facility, or home health agency preferred. New grads always welcome!
Valid driver’s license, insurance and acceptable driving record
