What you’ll do

We will look to you to coordinate and manage the financial activities on campus including managing accounts receivable, monitoring the aging of accounts, managing petty cash, making deposits, and processing accounts payable. You’ll also work with both residents and family members to answer questions regarding billing statements, and insurance information. You’re the go-to when it comes to resident campus financials!

What it takes

High school diploma or equivalent required

Associate degree in accounting or equivalent bookkeeping experience preferred

Two years experience in an administrative/clerical position required

Experience in general accounting practices preferred

Knowledge of office machines, equipment, and procedures required

Must have a valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
