Responsibilities:

Summary of the position:

This is a non-exempt, full-time position where the employee receives supervision from the Director of Facilities and performs a variety of skilled work in the maintenance, repair, alteration and construction of building facilities, equipment, fixtures and medical equipment.

Requirements of the position:  

Graduation for high school or the equivalent.

2 years of experience in one or more of the building trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, or carpentry).

1 year of skilled facility maintenance experience is highly desirable.

Must have a current Nevada driver’s license at time of appointment.

Must be punctual, reliable, deadline-sensitive, and possess a pro-active mindset
