The Warehouse Lead Associate oversees the assurance of quality, accuracy, and integrity of our outbound orders to our customers. The Warehouse Loader Lead will support and train dock associates during their shift to ensure freight is properly QC’d, labeled, wrapped, and loaded in order to maintain on-time, error free deliveries. They check the quality of pallet build, verify all unit of measure, and verify product against pick tickets.
The schedule for this position is Sunday through Thursday from 7:00 pm to 3:00 am.
Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00/hr.

Responsibilities:
You will:
Follow warehouse safety procedures
Perform quality control duties as required
Check that pallets are built correctly for stability during transport; break down and re-build as necessary
Document and communicate picking discrepancies
Shrink wrap pallets for transport
Load/stage pallets based on next day routing
Help maintain a clean and organized warehouse
Pull customer routes or bulk orders as needed
Verify pallet audit compliance
Redelivery / Reinsert stop compliance
DDC truck loading
Training of new associates
Back up Invoicer
Back up Palletizer
Back up to Supervisor
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
You have:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
2 year of warehouse experience
2 year of double electric pallet jack experience
2 year of forklift experience
Experience in a leadership role
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
