About the role

We have an exciting internship opportunity within Principal's Agency & Business Development team, reporting to the Head of Agency Strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and designing engaging print media, organizing and executing events, and assist with various administrative duties. 

Key Responsibilities:

Print / Digital Media Design:

Design and produce print materials including brochures, flyers, posters, banners and videos.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain brand consistency across all media.

Oversee the production process, including liaising with printers and vendors. Proficient in graphic design, Typography, Digital illustration, User interface (UI) Design, User Experience (UX) Design, Video editing, Color theory and Motion graphics.

Event Organizing:

Plan, coordinate, and execute company events such as conferences, workshops, and social gatherings.

Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual needs.

Develop event timelines, budgets, and promotional materials.

Administrative Support:

Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining files.

Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Event Management, or a related field.

Knowledge or experience in print media design, event planning, and administrative support.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Adobe Premiere Pro, iMovie.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
