For over two decades, Premier Health & Fitness Center has been Tallahassee’s leading health and fitness center. We are more than a traditional fitness center, we are a community focused on wellness.

We operate under the guidance of Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH), which means that we strive to advance the health of our community by offering top-level fitness and nutrition services. Our 55,000 square-foot multipurpose facility provides the latest in equipment and fitness technology, including an indoor track, NBA-size basketball court and two heated pools. Our team of certified professionals provide unmatched service, innovative fitness programs and wellness treatments designed to help our members perform their best.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Maintain health complex and equipment in a safe and efficient condition.  Plan, develop, and implement a plan of action to ensure a safe, clean, and mechanically operated building and functioning equipment.  Communicate and coordinate with all outside vendors with regards to repairs, cleaning or replacement of parts.  Plan and direct a facility safety plan.

Reports:  Executive Director

Supervises:  Head Monitor, Fitness Monitors, Head Lifeguard and Lifeguards

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY:

Required Education:  High school diploma/GED

Required Experience:  3-4 Years Job Related Experience

Required Certification/License/Registry:  CPR/First Aid
