The Warehouse Associate is responsible for verifying all card orders received and that it contains the correct number of cards ordered. It will involve opening each carton, counting the cards to verify they contain what the packing slip shows, re-sealing the boxes, stacking the boxes on a pallet and using a pallet-jack, placing the pallets in the vault.
Responsibilities:
Duties/Responsibilities
Researches and corrects inventory discrepancies by following standard operating procedures.
Receives and inspects incoming shipments
Used forklift and pallet jack to stock inventory in designated locations
Performs cycle counts to maintain inventory
Uses an analytical approach to reconciliation.
Follows all safety and quality processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred);
Fork truck experience required,
Work experience in a production environment within the last 2 years,
Basic computer skills, and numeric sequence organization.
Elementary English proficiency communication skills necessary.
Preferred Skills:
Manufacturing experience with mechanical ability
Qualifications
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
Previous warehouse experience
Excellent computer skills, including MS Excel and Outlook.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience working with RF Scanners
Ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere
Excellent problem solving skills and attention to details.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Schedule Flexibility to meet business demands.
Strong attention to detail
High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
Inventory control experience preferred, ISO familiarity.
