About This Position:

Supervise all aspects of Distribution Center/Warehouse operations in providing commissary operations and services to assigned locations.

Tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:

Assist with aspects of supervising, training, scheduling and disciplining Full-Time and Part-Time managers/supervisors, stockers, shipping staff, drivers and commissary staff for KCN locations as assigned

Manage and accountable for assigned aspects of on-site inventory control including ordering, receiving, stocking product and processing orders

Ensure all employees know and follow all rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the warehouse

Perform and report weekly audit of high security items

Process and manage the submission of weekly time sheets for submission to payroll and maintain attendance calendars and employee files for staff

What You'll Need:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Forklift Certification is REQUIRED 

Good understanding of OSHA and FDA regulations

Previously/Currently managed 15+ employees is REQUIRED 

Previously/Currently managed temporary employees

Respond well under pressure

Conduct morning meeting with arena staff to communicate daily needs.

Assist with training full time and part time staff.

Communicate with management the daily shipping/staffing needs.

Ensure all orders are printed/shipped per the shipping schedule. 

Communicate with arena employees about production issues.

Revise orders with out of stock/discontinued items.

Document and inform management of all priority tasks and personnel problems.

Know and understand all phases of processing/shipping/special needs for each customer.

Ensure all outbound freight shipments are scanned at 100% with an attached delivery.

Ensure all FedEx ground shipments are processed daily.

Report any problems, discrepancies, issues to management in a timely manner with written documentation.

Responsible for assisting with general upkeep of arena/areas/equipment/products in a neat, clean, and orderly manner.

Perform a quality control check once an hour for orders that are not double checked. 

Investigate inventory issues.

Coach arena employees if issues are found during quality control checks. 

ABILITY TO WORK: MONDAY - FRIDAY 7 AM - 3:30 PM
