Comprehensive, multi-disciplinary care teams on duty 24 hours a day.
Fully licensed staff with extensive experience in geriatric care and physical and rehabilitation therapies.
Strong clinical outcomes and high-quality services.
High staff-to-patient ratios: Approximately 200 team members provide 24/7 care for nearly 100 residents.

No restrictions on visiting hours.

- Require graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing (RNs)
- Require good physical and mental health as evidenced by good attendance record.
- Require good interpersonal skills.
- Require the ability to be flexible with work assignments.
- MUST be able to pass a Drug Screen and have a clear Background check and clear ACHA Level 2 screening

BLS: Basic Life Support/CPR
FL RN: FL Registered Nurse License
Work Days/Shift/Start Time:
Shift Details:
Full-time is 3 12-hour shifts/week.
PRN Plan 1 requires a minimum of one shift per pay period, no weekends/holidays required.
PRN Plan 2 requires a minimum of 48 hours worked per pay period, vacation/weekend shifts required.
Day Shift - 7am to 7:30pm
Night Shift - 7pm to 7:30am
