Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator team member who will:

Educate, consult and present patient treatment plans.

Schedule and confirms patient appointments.

Review insurance for all new patient appointments.

Enters information on dental software in patient accounts.

Ensures and reviews entire patient account for complete and accurate information.

Sending corresopndance to patient's general dentist.

Develop and maintain relationships with referring offices.

Support marketing and promotional activities to increase and stimulate new patient growth.

Greet and check patients in and out, before and after treatment.

Educate, consult and present patient treatment plans.

Take new patient records including iTero scan, intraoral photos and panorex xray. 

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

A minimum of two years of front office experience preferably in a dental setting.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of dental software strongly preferred.

NC Dental x-ray certification perferred but not required.
