N-able is looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Manager to oversee and execute our display and social media advertising campaigns across various platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing paid social media and display advertising strategies and campaigns to achieve our marketing goals and drive measurable results. KPIs will be focused on a combination of brand awareness and lead generation.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media advertising, display and video advertising, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

What You'll Do:

Strategy Development: Create and execute paid media strategies that align with our overall marketing goals and target audience.

Campaign Management: Develop, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Google Display, and YouTube.

Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics and data insights to optimize ad spend and improve ROI.

Creative Collaboration: Work with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with our target audience.

Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets effectively across different platforms, ensuring optimal spend and performance.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports, highlighting key insights, trends, and recommendations for improvement.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies are innovative and effective.

A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to evaluate ad performance and make data-driven decisions to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including Go-To-Market, Sales, and Partner Success to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to our paid media efforts.+

Email Nurture Collaboration: Work closely with email nurture team to create nurture content and measure effectiveness for leads captured through paid media activities.

What You'll Bring:

Experience: 5+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns, with a proven track record of driving results and achieving KPIs.

Skills: Proficiency in social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GDN) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights). Experience with Metadata.io is a plus.

Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions and recommendations.

Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop engaging ad content that captures the audience's attention.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
