Overview:

Renuity Advanced Floor Coatings and Garage Systems is hiring an Installation Manager immediately at our Raleigh, NC location. What You'll Do:

The Install Manager oversees teams of Lead Installers and Technician Assistants and is responsible for directing, coordinating, training, and evaluating the installation crews. They will ensure all installations and service calls are completed efficiently and on time, within budget, and to standard. 

Job Duties:

Manage multiple crews of installers

Schedule jobs and order materials

Hire and train new installers

Communicate directly with customers 

Help with the install process when needed 

What You’ll Bring:   

Proven experience in the home improvement industry

3+ years of experience in a management or supervisor position

Experience ordering and scheduling for jobs

Experience hiring and developing employees

A valid driver’s license

What We Offer:  

Competitive salary! $65-$70k/year with a yearly bonus of up to $15,000 (paid out quarterly based on branch performance)
