The Midwest's #1 Remodeler, Mad City Windows & Baths, is looking for a Field Manager to manage residential home projects in and around our Rochester, NY office.

Responsibilities:

Organizing home remodeling projects

Communicating with customers & complaint resolution

Creating strategies to improve efficiency

Monitoring of field crew performance & product quality

Present daily progress reports

Occasional Measuring of Jobs

Qualifications: 

Valid Driver’s License

Residential remodeling experience, specifically with replacement windows, bathrooms, & kitchens

Management or supervisory experience

Experience resolving conflict

Strong communication & customer service skills
