Elements Massage in Alamo, CA is growing! We are seeking talented an sales minded part-time front desk professionals who are available 3 to 5 shifts per week, primarily on weekends (the busiest time for the massage studio). Shift length ranges from 5 to 7 hours, typically. We are open 7 days a week Monday through Saturday 9am to 9pm; Sundays from 10a-7pm. Preference will be given to candidates who have open availability and can regularly work weekends to meet the needs of our growing massage studio.

Competitive base pay, of $17.00 to 21.00 per hour depending on experience
Monthly bonus pay based on meeting wellness membership sales targets
A complimentary monthly massage at the studio
Paid time off (PTO) annually
As a W2 employee in California, you earn (5) days of sick pay per year

Follow our proven sales process to sell a no-hassle massage wellness membership program and build customer loyalty.
Work in a peaceful, relaxing setting where you can make a difference in people's lives everyday.
The right candidate must like talking, but more important, love listening to all new clients, established clients, and prospective clients.
The right candidate can turn every incident of client criticism to a story of great customer service.
Qualifications
Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in‐person to potential clients.
Customer Service in a spa‐like or similar environment is preferred; catering experiences that distinguish your value with attention, hospitality, and execution.
Familiarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are all processed with easy‐to‐learn computer programs.
Driven to create the best work environment for the employees and the best experiences for the client.
Must have excellent work references.
