Lindstrom Air Conditioning & Plumbing is currently seeking Permit Coordinators to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day.  Our Permit Coordinators act as the liaison between the company, customer and municipalities to pull and expedite permits for home services installations and build outs. 

Founded back in 1975 by Carl Lindstrom, Lindstrom Air Conditioning and Plumbing has grown primarily through word of mouth, a shining testament to the company’s dedication to excellence in customer service.

Responsibilities:

What Will I Do?

Pull permits

Coordinate with the company, customer, and municipalities to ensure work is completed timely and within code

Schedule and verify inspections

Process purchase orders

Assist with administrative tasks

Qualifications:

Do I Have What It Takes?

High School Diploma or equivalent2

2 year Administrative experience; Permitting experience a must

Highly organized and the ability to prioritize workload

Excellent communication skills

Intermediate skills with Microsoft office; Advance Excel skills a plus
