What you’ll do as an Office Coordinator
Perform assigned tasks related to specific functions that may include any combination of general clerical duties, tasks, or special projects as required or assigned (i.e. data entry, making copies, ordering office supplies, etc.).
Facilitate orientation for new employees.
Prepare billing.
Input data into front end systems.
Maintain a neat and orderly office environment.

What you’ll need
To be 18 years of age or older
Authorization to work in the United States for this company
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in person and in writing.
To be proficient in the use of computers, office equipment, and office software, including Google Suite and Office Suite.
To demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to try new things.
To be willing to work overtime and some weekends as needed.
To be able to perform the physical tasks required in this position for the entire assigned shift.
Physical abilities & exposures
Routinely: Sitting - approximately 4 to 6 hours daily. Keyboard/mouse usage - approximately 4 to 6 hours daily. Standing - less than 2 hours daily. Walking - approximately 1 to 2 hours daily. Bending/Twisting - less than 1 hour daily.
Occasionally: Lifting (weights up to 40 lbs.) - rarely. Lift & Carry (weights of 25 lbs) - occasionally.
