Overview:

Coastal Waste & Recycling is privately-owned, locally-operated solid waste disposal and recycling company. We are currently adding an outside sales representative to the team. 

Responsibilities:

Join us as an Outside Sales Representative and become the driving force behind our growth!  We are looking for the right person that has any of the following sales experience, Industrial Cleaning Supplies, Septic servicing, Restaurant supply sales, Construction Site Maintenance, Hazmat or Spill Clean-up Industry, or Waste Industry Sales background.

Your mission? Develop and implement winning strategies, secure new business, and smash sales goals month after month. With 80% of your time spent face-to-face with clients and the rest prospecting via calls and emails, you'll be at the forefront of our success.

What's in it for you? Uncapped commissions, competitive base salary, extensive training, 401K, paid time off, and a company cell phone and laptop. First-year earnings projected at $75k and up!

Qualifications:

Requirements? At least 1 year of sales experience, willingness to travel, and skills in CRM, cold calling, negotiation, and building relationships.
