Team Development: Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of sales professionals, setting clear goals and providing the support needed to achieve them.

Market Insights: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and adjust strategies as needed.

Collaborative Execution: Work closely with our operations, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

 Demonstrated success in sales management, preferably within the waste management or recycling industry.

 Strong track record of leading and motivating a sales team to exceed targets and achieve results.

 Understanding of waste management processes, recycling practices, and industry regulations.

 Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and adapt to changing market conditions.

 Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and present confidently.

Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor, evaluate, and enhance the effectiveness of designated sales team.
