Clinical Intake Manager
Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000
Location: 1445 Research Blvd. Suite 100 Rockville, MD 20850 (On-Site)

Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage client admissions, including intake assessments, orientation, and communication with team members.
Develop strategies to meet census goals and ensure timely admissions while coordinating with national and local teams.
Assess and monitor clients for suicide risk, providing care and supervision as needed for high-risk individuals.
Provide clinical and administrative supervision, including direct support for staff and participation in treatment team meetings.
Assist the Executive Director with leadership tasks, such as planning, resource allocation, reporting, and budget monitoring.
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in a qualifying area of study is required
Clinical License in Maryland (LCSW-C, LPC, LMFT). Will consider LMSW, LGPC, LGMFT.
3-5 years of experience in conducting behavioral health assessments
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in administering suicide screens such as C-SSRS
Skill in verbal and written communication
Skill in problem solving, prioritizing, and decision making
Skill in organization and time management
Excellent customer skills
Team player
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, results oriented environment
