Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Maintenance Foreman position.

In this role, you will coordinate and assist (hands-on) all technical maintenance activities of employees engaged in monitoring, maintaining and repairing building equipment and systems such as electrical, electronic control systems, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing and related pipe systems, as well as carpentry, painting, grounds keeping, etc.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

4-5 years of technical maintenance experience

1-2 years of supervisory experience

Technical knowledge of painting, carpentry, layout work, and tool utilization, as well as knowledge of all plumbing, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and sprinkler systems

EPA Certification for HVAC is required

Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
