What Your Day Will Look Like:

A Bridge PE for Consor will be coordinating the development of plans for a variety of bridges throughout the country. You will be working with exceptional mentors and leaders and learning to be a mentor and leader of junior design and CAD staff. Locally, you will have the opportunity to be a key staff member of a potentially growing group. You will have the opportunity to develop skills in project management and business development. 

What You'll Do:

Perform Structural / Bridge analysis and calculations

Prepare Structural / Bridge engineering plans, specs, estimates, and other supporting documents

Perform conceptual engineering studies

Provide preliminary engineering and final design

Mentor and develop less experienced staff

Report preparation

In the field in-service bridge inspection opportunities

Construction observation/contractor coordination

What You'll Need:

4-8+ years Civil Engineering work-related experience in Bridge Design

Experience in Bridge Design 

Steel Girder Design

BGS, PG super, RISA, Bridge Leap, MicroStation software knowledge

Professional Structural Engineer License required
