Responsibilities:
The Sr. SAQ Project Manager is responsible for leading, motivating, directing, and assisting all site acquisition team efforts including independent contractor site acquisition firms and develops strategies that meet and exceed client expectations.
This opportunity is remote.
Ideal candidate would live in Eastern or Central time zone to best align with client call schedule.
Salary $90,000- $100,000 DOE
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Scale SAQ team to deliver POE
Assign sites to SAQ team to maximize efficiencies
Set timelines for each site acquisition milestone and hold Site Acquisition Specialists accountable to reaching those milestone dates
Report on all milestone progression and schedule changes
Attend customer facing meetings
Provide timely project status updates to L3 leader
Develop and maintain working relationships with customer and contractors
Provide coordination as needed with third parties that impact SAQ activities
Manage escalations relating to constructability issues, documentation concerns, and quality standards
Manage expectations to ensure timely submittal of closeout document(s) RE097 /RE060
Manage margin and revenue coat for each project.
Conduct or attend market CIEB calls.
Manage the SAQ PM’s and SAQ specialists
Develop and train personnel to promote career advancement
Ensure market compliance with all Mastec initiatives including E2E (NXO)
Leverage Mastec centralized resources to lower indirect costs
Interface with client at director and area manager roles

Are proficient in Microsoft office suites.
Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Have excellent time management, organizational planning, and problem-solving skills.
