Lloyd Recruitment Services are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join a reputable company in East Grinstead.

Responsibilities:

* Maintaining spreadsheets

* Managing petty cash

* Working with sales/purchase ledger

* Credit control

* Preparation of accounts

* Writing and handling cheques

* Processing sales orders

* Processing invoices and expense forms

* Following and using accounts systems

* Providing administrative support to team

The ideal candidate:

* Enthusiastic, committed and fast learner with experience of working on a busy environment

* Computer literate with aptitude for numbers

* Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accountancy procedures

* Strong communication skills

* Ability to work with individuals across all departments

* Solid organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
