Competitive hourly pay ranging from $11 to $15, depending on location and experience.
Additionally, earn uncapped commission up to 15% of your total sales based on performance.
Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of our business.
Provide expert advice and personalized recommendations to customers, helping them find the best beauty solutions to meet their individual needs.
Demonstrate and educate customers on the benefits and usage of our beauty products, ensuring they have a positive experience.
Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and products, and make informed recommendations to customers.
Foster and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a loyal customer base through exceptional customer service.
Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, visually appealing, and optimized for sales opportunities.
Handle cash transactions and daily administrative paperwork, adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
Minimum age of 18 years.
Excellent communication, leadership, customer service, and sales skills.
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the beauty industry.
Strong knowledge of beauty products, services, and treatments.
Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time.
Background in beauty therapy or cosmetology is a plus.
On-the-job training will be provided.
