Keysight is looking to fill the role of Partner Account Manager. This role will support multiple states and will provide technical assistance to channel partners and end customers. This role will require overnight travel on a regular basis.
Responsibilities:
Reponssibilities include but are limited to the following:
Represents the company to the channel partner and the channel partner to the company in sales-oriented activities.
Responsible for managing either of a list of channel partners and/or a partner in a given geography.
Responsible for the channel quota development, as well as the partners' and end users' satisfaction.
Responsible for indirect quota, quota assigned to corresponding channel.
Proactively acts to understand channel partner needs and identify solutions to nonstandard tasks/queries; actively creates business opportunities.
Determines and develops approaches to sales assignments to achieve quota/ strategies.
Leads projects requiring coordination with other functions, organizations.
Solves a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity.
Attending and supporting trade shows in the territory
Qualifications:

Bachelors (required) or Masters Degree in Engineering or University Degree in equivalent technical field will be considered.
15 years of industry experience will be considered in place of degree
Typically 5-8 years relevant experience in technical sales and the test industry for entry to this level.
Requires in-depth knowledge and experience of customers and distributors in territory
Ability to work independently.
Ability to do technical product demos for customers and partners
Possess an always be learning mindset
