We are a leading innovator in the melting and manufacturing of cutting-edge medical and industrial-grade Nitinol products. We’re looking for a passionate Manufacturing Engineer to play a critical role in driving our manufacturing operations to the next level.

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be at the heart of our production, ensuring processes run smoothly, identifying opportunities for improvement, and making impactful decisions. This role offers a unique opportunity to innovate and optimize within a rapidly growing industry. You'll be working on a variety of tasks, including process monitoring, troubleshooting, and creating essential documentation to ensure our products meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

Design and conduct research programs to evaluate and enhance our manufacturing processes.

Analyze labor, materials, and production schedules to provide insights that will shape our future production strategies.

Evaluate and refine our quality control processes to ensure excellence in every product we deliver.

Develop manufacturing processes in partnership with product teams and equipment vendors.

Analyze and plan workflow, space utilization, and equipment layout to maximize efficiency.

Generate insightful reports by collecting and analyzing data, and propose recommendations based on trends.

Create and maintain critical documentation, including product specifications, inspection documents, and validation protocols.

Ensure compliance with government regulations, safeguarding our product and company reputation.

Guide technicians through design and development projects, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Keep your skills sharp by attending educational workshops and embracing growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/manufacturing engineering or a related technical field.

5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Strong customer service orientation and time management abilities.

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

A desire to continuously learn and the flexibility to work overtime when needed.

Compensation:

Base Salary $80,000 - $115,000 and Bonus, depending on experience.
