Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and supervise all aspects of banquets and special events

Ensure proper set-up, service, and breakdown of banquet rooms

Oversee event logistics, including audiovisual equipment, décor, and timing

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in banquet areas

Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism

Qualifications:

Prefer minimum of 2 years of experience in banquet or event management

Strong knowledge of banquet operations, including set-up and service standards

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences

Proficiency in event management software and computer systems

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
